Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through Evarune Wellness. It explains how shipping availability is presented without promising destinations or delivery times that have not been confirmed.

Current status: Shipping methods are temporarily disabled while catalogue records and fulfilment terms are being verified. An order cannot be completed unless a valid shipping method, price, and destination are shown during checkout.

1. Shipping availability

Available destinations, services, and charges are determined by the shipping methods shown at checkout for the delivery address entered. If checkout does not show a method, we cannot accept shipment to that address at that time.

2. Order handling

Order handling begins only after the order is accepted and payment is authorized. Any handling estimate shown during checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. We may contact the customer if an address, product, inventory, or compliance issue prevents fulfilment.

3. Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery estimates may be provided by the selected carrier or displayed during checkout after a real service is configured. Carrier delays, customs review, weather, remote-area service, and incomplete addresses can affect delivery. Tracking is provided only when the selected service supplies a tracking number.

4. Address responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact 312348179@qq.com promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

5. Duties and import requirements

Where cross-border shipping becomes available, the recipient may be responsible for local duties, taxes, import restrictions, or documentation. Availability at checkout does not override local law.

6. Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect parcels

Contact support with the order number and billing email. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label. We will review the available carrier and order records before confirming a remedy.
