These Terms & Conditions govern access to Evarune Wellness and purchases made through this website. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch. If we cancel after receiving payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

12. Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, labor dispute, public-health emergency, governmental restriction, network failure or payment-system outage. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate material delays.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s registered location unless applicable law gives the customer another mandatory forum.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms and the policies linked above form the agreement for use of the site and purchases, together with the details shown in the accepted order.
