Refund Policy

This policy describes how Evarune Wellness reviews return and refund requests. It does not create an unconditional return promise and does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Current status: Product-specific return eligibility and the authorized return location must be confirmed before sales begin. Do not send a parcel to the registered business address unless support has issued return instructions.

1. Requesting assistance

Contact 312348179@qq.com with the order number, billing email, item name, and reason for the request. A return must be authorized before it is sent.

2. Consumable products

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, vitamins, supplements, and other consumable products may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return after opening or when a seal has been broken. Any product-specific eligibility shown on the product page also applies.

3. Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Contact support promptly after discovering an issue. Include clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible batch or expiry information. We will compare the evidence with the order and fulfilment records before confirming a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

4. Return condition and authorization

When a return is approved, follow the written instructions supplied by support. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, it should remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for secure packaging and any return-shipping obligation stated in the authorization.

5. Refund review

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method after the required review or returned-item inspection. The payment provider and financial institution control when the credit appears. Original shipping charges and return shipping are refunded only when required by applicable law or confirmed in the authorization.

6. Cancellations

Contact support as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after payment authorization or fulfilment has started. If cancellation is no longer possible, the applicable return process will be explained.
